Today is Saturday. I have been feeling sick since Wednesday. But today my stomach pain became unbearable. So I went to urgent care. Again. I was there yesterday with some of the same symptoms. But they got worse overnight. So back I went. That was at 12:00. They ran some blood work ( found out everything was the same as yesterday) but this doctor actually listened to me when I told him how much pain I was in. So he sent me to the hospital to get an ultrasound to check my appendix. I waited over an hour for that and it turns out they couldn't see my appendix, but they did see excess fluid and inflammation. Together with the doctor, we decided to get a ct scan. So now I'm waiting for that. It could turn out that I have to have surgery tonight! So many new things in such a short amount of time. Yesterday I had my first IV, today I will have my first ct scan and maybe my first surgery and hospital visit! Holy Moly!!
